捷克福利体系由社会保险、家庭政策和社会救助三部分组成。通过对转型期捷克福利体系三个组成部分实施的改革进行分析得出结论：尽管捷克福利模式没有实施养老金私有化等自由主义倾向明显的改革措施，但总体上仍然向着盎格鲁撒克逊自由主义福利模式转变，国家责任逐渐减少，市场力量逐步增强。结合捷克改革过程中的经验提出对中国养老金改革的一点建议。

我国信托业的经营绩效与市场份额之间存在显著的正相关关系，与市场集中度存在弱性的负相关关系。现阶段我国信托市场还处于垄断程度较低的低中占寡型市场，信托业绩效水平的提升有赖于市场份额、营业费用率、资产负债率等影响因素的进一步优化。     

Learning design and technology through social networks for high school students in China

The subject of design and technology was introduced to the curriculum for high schools in China 10 years ago. However, the teaching and learning of this subject have become difficult for both teachers and students because there is a lack of qualified teachers with design background to deliver this subject in a way to stimulate the learning interests of the students. This paper presents a research that is aimed at improving this situation by integrating the teaching and learning of design and technology within a computational environment as part of social networks sites. The purpose is to enable the collaboration among the students and interaction between teachers and students. In this research, a series of investigations were conducted, by following through several taught subjects in design and technology in prominent high schools in China. Based on these investigations, a theoretical framework for web-based design learning and teaching system in the style of social networking is developed, implemented and tested, emphasizing three features of design: innovation, collaboration, and interaction. This framework has been tested among high school students and teachers in a high school in Nanjing. It identified and validated necessary techniques and design features required to make an education-related social networking site effective and affective for the students and teachers. The results of this research indicated that social networking sites have significantly positive values in design education, especially for the collaboration and interaction on the subject of design and technology.     

Insurance ratemaking using a copula-based multivariate Tweedie model

The Tweedie distribution, featured with a mass probability at zero, is a convenient tool for insurance claims modeling and pure premium determination in general insurance. Motivated by the fact that an insurance policy typically provides multiple types of coverage, we propose a copula-based multivariate Tweedie regression for modeling the semi-continuous claims while accommodating the association among different types. The proposed approach also allows for dispersion modeling, resulting in a multivariate version of the double generalized linear model. We demonstrate the application in insurance ratemaking using a portfolio of policyholders of automobile insurance from the state of Massachusetts in the United States.     

Extending the link between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention: a moderated mediation model

This study extended the research on the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention by developing a moderated mediation model. This model posits that the link between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention is mediated by attitudes toward entrepreneurship and planned entrepreneurial control, and that these mediation processes are further moderated by subjective norms. Based on a sample of 308 valid responses, regression analysis yielded two noteworthy results. First, entrepreneurial self-efficacy positively affects intention through attitudes toward entrepreneurship and planned entrepreneurial control. Second, the direct effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on intention decreases as subjective norms increase. By contrast, the indirect intention effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy through attitudes toward entrepreneurship and planned entrepreneurial control increase as subjective norms increase. In addition, the results indicated that subjective norms positively affect entrepreneurial intention. These findings indicated that the model advances the use of the theory of planned behavior and can be used to define a person as an entrepreneur.

大型综合性会展物流供应商选择研究

分析了会展物流的特点,发现这些特点决定了选择合适的物流供应商是会展物流高效运行的关键因素之一。构建了会展物流供应商的一级、二级评价指标体系。应用QFD基本原理,对质量屋（HoQ）进行适当的变形,将其应用于会展物流供应商的选择,规划选择过程。最后以某大型会展物流供应商的选择为例证明该理论的有效性。同时该方法的动态适应性也为物流供应商的管理和进一步改进指明方向。     

基于改进遗传算法的FIR数字滤波器的优化设计

提出了利用基于BP(Back Propagation)神经网络的遗传算法来设计FIR数字滤波器的方法。针对遗传算法很难实现全局最优和搜索速度比较慢的缺陷,提出了改进算法,该算法充分利用了遗传算法的全局搜索功能强和BP神经网络的搜索效率高,优化了搜索时间,提高了算法性能,对于解决大规模多极值优化问题特别有效。最后,以设计低通滤波器的实例验证算法的可行性。
